SocialJutsu
The Hootsuite alternative. Includes A.I. Post Idea Generator
๐ New Features: ๐
-Auto Twitter Threading if above 280 characters. Triple 'Enter' for manual threading.
-Unsplash stock photos added as image search
-Built-In Photo Editor to edit images uploaded or pulled from Unsplash
-Reddit and LinkedIn posting added
-Nav menu adjusted for easier labeling
๐To-Do: ๐
-I want the main dashboard to show each connected social media site's main newsfeed, so users can easily respond and like/retweet (similar to Tweetdeck)
๐Current Issues: ๐
-Still awaiting Facebook Business verification in order to allow posting to Facebook and Instagram...
Right now my list is this:
-create an API on my social media site and let users connect to GGstv from SocialJutsu and post to the site.
-The word counter on the form needs to be recalibrated. Currently if you type something and then delete it, it still holds the number count as if the character was not deleted.
-If the word count is larger than 280 characters, i want to automatically create a thread on Twitter for the post and each 280 characters, start a new thread reply
-I want the main dashboard to show each connected social media site's main newsfeed, so users can easily respond and like/retweet (similar to Tweetdeck)
After these are fixed, the beta will release

So I also run a gaming social media site, GGs.tv, and users have had the excuse of "I forgot to post to GGs and I just have so many socials, I forgot about it"
So I am making my own version of Hootsuite, Buffer, etc, that includes my site as an option to post to.
Building MVP:
I got the idea and went looking for a pre made template. I found one on CodeCanyon and bought the script. Setup a Linode LAMP stack and Github repo for it and installed the software.
Once it was up and running, I was able to see the site and start making changes. I started off changing the title and website logo to my brand and other wording changes (i think the site was written by a 2nd-language English developer, as there are mannnnnyyyy grammatical issues).
Once the changes were made, I setup an account on OpenAI and integrated with their API to allow users to type in a topic and it will generate a post for them, based on what the AI finds valuable.
The site is almost ready for beta
