Great tool . question about how whatsapp ... how do you charge per message... once the user connects to our whatsapp business account (which is a simple link that is available for free) how do you monitor how many messages are sent?

Thank you for your feedback and question. I believe you are referring to WhatsApp Business app, which is free. We work with WhatsApp Business API, where a business can share the inbox with multiple team members. They carry on the conversations through Sociocs inbox. We calculate number of messages sent or received at the end of the billing cycle.
