SolidGigs
Get freelance leads on autopilot.
We've launched the all-new SolidGigs today with MAJOR improvements including:
• A much better "inbox"-style dashboard.
• Easier ways to organize your gigs so you can close more deals.
• More Gig-Hunters with AI assistance to send you more gigs.
This is by far the biggest upgrade we've ever made to SolidGigs and we can't wait to share it with all of you.
We've upgraded the main app interface for quicker navigation and use by our freelancers. It's easier than ever to find, organize, and win new client jobs and we published a nice new "how it works" video to explain exactly what you get as a SolidGigs customer. https://vimeo.com/645382828

Hey Preson, it looks fantastic! If you don't mind me asking - what's different about SolidGigs vs. Millo? I noticed that they're both yours, and SolidGigs notes that it was made by the Millo team.

Great question. Millo is a media and information site and community: Blog, podcast, ebooks, courses, fb group, LinkedIn group etc.
SolidGigs is a subscription service to help freelancers save time on gig-hunting.
Does that help? Why do you ask?

Despite everything happening this month (COVID-19), we launched some of our best features yet including a completely customizable list for freelancers.
Users can now submit their freelance job preferences and we'll customize their experience according to the kinds of jobs they're looking for—even more than before.
The data on each user will now also allow us to serve each individual freelancer and the group better as a whole too.
Now that we've pushed some big updates, it's time to get moving with other mission critical changes like our affiliate program and the community aspect (if we end up keeping it).
Big things coming!

I'm faced with a crossroads in this business in 2020. I'd love your help. More details in my IH community thread below ⬇️⬇️⬇️ If you've ever faced something like this or know someone who has, I'd love your input. TL;DR = I'm not techy enough to build what my customers need. But I worry about hiring it out and losing control. What should I do?

For a project that started as a side-element of my business, this has taken on a life of it's own. We've served thousands of customers and cracked the $100,000 lifetime revenue mark.
What's next?: Find ways to better serve our members and hit $200K faster! :)

Blindsided today by customer on FB saying they've not found the product useful at all. Lots of late nights ahead working with each customer to find out what's not working. Hearing a completely different story from users via email. We'll get to the bottom of this.

Sales were sluggish so we scrapped together a "first month for $2" campaign which has been a big success.

Had our best month to date when we started partnering with "influencers" who can evangelize the product.

I've been working with freelancers (and been freelancing myself) for over 10 years. And the #1 complaint is still that it takes too much time and effort to find GOOD clients. So I started SolidGigs to fix that.

Congrats on the updates! I'm not a freelancer so I probably won't sign up, but just a quick comment on your landing page - the section with user quotes looks like it has a font issue. The quotes kinda randomly go between serif and sans-serif fonts and it looks like a mistake. Perhaps give it a look.
