October was super slow but here is my play to get the momentum back and get new users

Quick update: Lost 1 customer (sad)

Anyways, it happens and it can happen due to number of reasons - maybe because your product is full of sh*t, you are not updating anything, no customer support (all fine) OR they simply don't need your software anymore. Simple.

I personally think because our product was so buggy and slow this past month, it could have made people super angry. However, we have fixed the issues (or should I say Mahdi my co-founder has fixed all those issues). Huge credit goes to him.

Testing new features like auto-pilot where solidinbox will find users for you and send personalized DMs on automation ✅

Also, we offered 50% off to all of our current users and so they were happy about it. >> Quick lesson: Don't just say sorry, offer some extra incentive and build loyalty.

Will post more updates here. Stay connected 🤝

    Exciting times ahead, Samee!

Have you tried to reach out to the quitting customer to get the reason for him quitting?

Hey, yes. Mainly they don't require the service at all for the time being so can't do much about that.
