Built a Notion system + AI prompts for solopreneurs – looking for feedback
Hey everyone,
I just launched Solopreneur OS — a Notion workspace + 120 AI prompts built for people who work alone.
It includes:
- Projects, Content Pipeline, Idea Bank, simple CRM
- Weekly review system
- AI prompts organised by real business stages (ideation → shipping → marketing → sales)
I built it because I kept rebuilding the same systems myself and wanted something cleaner.
Would love any feedback on the structure or whether this is useful for other solo founders.

The decision to organize the prompts around business stages makes the product easier to understand. Curious which part of the workspace people find most useful once they actually use it.
Thanks — that was one of the main goals.
So far, the parts people seem to get the most value from are the Content Pipeline and the Projects database. A lot of solopreneurs already have scattered notes and ideas, so having a clear path from idea → in progress → published (or shipped) helps the most.
The Weekly Review is also useful once people actually stick to it for a couple of weeks.
That makes sense. The Content Pipeline and Projects database sound like the parts that turn the prompts into an actual workflow rather than just a collection of resources. Interesting that the Weekly Review only seems to show its value after people have used it consistently.
Yeah, exactly. The prompts alone are useful, but they become much more practical once they’re tied to an actual system (especially Content Pipeline + Projects).
The Weekly Review is one of those things that feels optional at first, but after a few weeks it starts catching things that would otherwise get forgotten.
That makes the system aspect much clearer. It sounds like the real value compounds once people have enough history for the workflow to start surfacing things they would otherwise miss. If you’re open to continuing the conversation, what’s the best email to reach you at?

It’s still very early, so the main thing I’ve noticed so far is that people respond more to the structure (especially Content Pipeline + Projects) than to the number of prompts. I expected the prompt library to be the bigger hook, but the system itself seems to be what people are asking about first.
Also noticing that a lot of people have a love/hate relationship with Notion — some see it as essential, others feel it’s easy to over-customise and then abandon. That’s exactly the problem I was trying to solve by keeping the setup simple and usable.
