Audit-ready SOPs from rough notes in Claude Code
I run 8+ SaaS at Munda LLC. Every quarter I tell myself "this month I'll finally document the customer-onboarding process." Never happened. Built three Claude Code skills to do it once, properly.
Three skills in the bundle:
- /sop-generator — paste rough steps, get a structured SOP with purpose, scope, roles, numbered procedure, exception table, version block
- /sop-policy-pack — generate 5 starter HR policies (PTO, harassment, social media, IT use, expenses) tailored to state + team size + remote policy
- /sop-onboarding-deck — generate a role card, 30-day checklist, and 30/60/90 plan from a job title and 5 responsibilities
How buyers use it: drop the skills/ folder into ~/.claude/skills/, run /sop-generator in any directory. Their existing Claude Code subscription does the work. No API key wrangling, no monthly fee.
Pricing: $97 one-time. Single-seat, perpetual, 12 months of updates. No subscription.
Honest tradeoffs:
- Not for >50 person companies — they need actual SOP software (Trainual, Process Street)
- Single-seat license — multi-seat is email-me-for-quote
- Requires Claude Code already installed (free for buyers if not)
What I'd love feedback on:
1. Is $97 the right price or should it be $47 or $147?
2. What's the 4th skill that would make this a no-brainer? (Customer-success runbook generator? Incident postmortem template? Compliance audit prep?)
First 25 IH buyers get the bundle for $47 with code "INDIEHACKERS". Site: https://sopforge.mundawebco.shop
