This week Sounds Sphere achieved a top 25 ranking for a keyword phrase relevant to our industry. This is before we even have a blog (which launches this month) so it's showing us that guest posting is working nicely. We also past 4k subscribers on our email list this week.
We continue to provide value and position ourselves as a trusted authority in the industry, but have stopped paid ads (which don't work) and are now focused on creating valuable content.
By offering a free giveaway in exchange for an email address, we almost doubled our email list in 2 days. Instagram growth has been a nice indirect result of running small daily budget FB ads.
We've learned that providing value to our leads is our first priority. No one is going to care about our product if we don't establish a positive interaction up front by either 1.) becoming an authority for them on something they care about 2.) offering value tangibly (IE free giveaway) 3.) Asking questions and getting specific with their pains.
Hello! Sounds Sphere is the premiere platform for artists and songwriters to find production online. We provide a personalized experience, clear contracts, and white glove customer service. Our beta launched in January 2020 and we went live in April.
