I'm Shahdin, founder of SpaceAI360. I wanted to share our first official update here as we hit the $1,000/mo MRR milestone while building custom AI automation solutions for growing businesses.

The Problem We Saw

Most growing companies are burning dozens of hours every week on repetitive operational tasks, fragmented software workflows, and manual data entry between systems. Off the shelf automation tools often break when tasks scale or require complex logic, while hiring full engineering teams to build custom pipelines is too expensive for lean teams.

What We Build at SpaceAI360

We build enterprise grade, autonomous AI agents and automated workflow systems designed to handle heavy operational lifting: Self-Hosted n8n Pipelines: Secure, scalable webhooks and workflow orchestrations that keep data processing fast and private. Custom AI Agents: Leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Groq) integrated with Supabase and custom API endpoints to execute multi-step logic. * End to End Database Integrations: Connecting fragmented SaaS tools directly into clean, unified data architectures.

Lessons Learned Reaching $1k MRR

1. Solve Immediate Pain Points First: Instead of selling generic "AI consulting," focus on high-friction operational bottlenecks like automated lead processing or complex data synchronization.

2. Architecture Over Hype: Reliable workflows require robust backend architecture (Docker, self-hosted infrastructure, fail-safes), not just prompt engineering.

3. Show, Don't Just Tell: Demonstrating fully interactive workflow prototypes converting manual multi hour tasks into sub second executions drives immediate conversion.

What's Next?

We are actively refining our agent templates and scaling our self-hosted infrastructure to support larger data volumes and higher task concurrency.
