SpotRec
Recover removed songs from spotify
So I recently discovered that around 4% of my Spotify library had vanished. It can happen for lots of reasons - licensing issues, regional restrictions, artists pulling their catalog.
Songs I loved, tied to memories and emotions, were simply gone without warning. It felt like losing pieces of my personal history.
That’s why I built SpotRec.
👉 It helps you recover removed songs from Spotify so you don’t lose the music that matters to you.
How it works: SpotRec scans your library for greyed-out songs. For each one, it searches the title on YouTube and gives you a link to the best match. You can also save just titles.
This is the very first version, and I’d love your feedback:
Is this a problem you’ve run into too?
What would make SpotRec more useful for you?
