January 26, 2020 Launched SpotSense

After a few years of building out SpotSense (and TONS of ups and downs) I finally got the product to a point that made "sense" to call the official launch. The SpotSense SDK allows app developers to add geofences and Bluetooth beacon tracking to their mobile app. In short, you can now treat location events (i.e. user_entered_walmart) just like you would any other event in your app (i.e user_clicked_button).
One obvious use cases for this is the ability to send targeted advertisements to you users at specific locations. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. By leveraging a user's location, you can answer questions like, "How did that marketing campaign correlate to foot traffic in my store" or create seamless interations such as "When a user walks up to self checkout, automatically pull up their in store code"

I built SpotSense in the wake of the Pokemon GO craze as a way for app developers to easily add location interactions to their mobile app.
