May 19, 2020 200 Sales of my ebook from gumroad and other

So I had released Spring Boot and Microservices back in 2017. It was a learning experience for me. That's why I made it free. I made it free when I released on gumroad last week. Now 200 people have downloaded the book. My goal with this was to help Spring Boot community to learn Spring Boot. Even if 1% people benefited from this, I will think I did a good job.

          No Problem.

If you want to get some traction, there is a #WritingCommunity on twitter. Ask writers to use and many of them will be eager to use it. I tried to spread the word.

May 16, 2020 100 sales from gumroad

Even though the book is free, already 106 people have downloaded the book. Some even paid 2$ in total. This book I wrote back in 2017 and had released for free at that time. So I had no intention to sell it for money now. I put it on gumroad just to create my profile and see how the book performs. I shared the book in Facebook Groups, Reddit Communities, and Indie Hackers. And in one day, I have got 106 sales total today.
