I are monetizing our blogs via ads. However, there were huge slump on revenue in Jan. I decided to build a subscription business like NY Times. My goal is to offer subscribers following features:

2. Exclusive content.

However, there are products for some features but it's hard to connect them together. Therefore, I decided to work on it.
