April 29, 2025 From health pod fan to founder

Hey Indie Hackers!

Like a lot of people, I got deep into health podcasts (Huberman, Rhonda Patrick, Peter Atia) and optimizing my well-being during the pandemic. This led me down the rabbit hole of supplements. While I felt they were making a difference, tracking everything in spreadsheets was a mess, and honestly, my doctor wasn't equipped or interested in discussing the nuances of my specific stack.

I needed a better way – something that could connect the dots between what I was taking, how I was feeling (qualitatively), and actual biomarker data (like bloodwork). Spreadsheets weren't cutting it, and generic advice wasn't personalized enough.

So, beginning this year working nights and weekends, I built StackTracker (https://StackTracker.io).

What it does:

  • Lets you easily log the supplements you take.

  • Allows you to track qualitative feedback (how are you feeling? mood, energy, sleep, etc.).

  • Integrates quantitative data like bloodwork results and other biomarkers.

  • Uses this combined data to provide context for an AI model, giving you personalized insights and helping you understand & optimize your supplement protocol.

Where we're at:

  • It's very early days – we're in Beta with 6 users so far!

  • Built part-time over 2 months.

  • We know the full value might not be immediately obvious with the current UX/UI, and that's exactly why I'm here.

The Ask:

I'd be incredibly grateful if some fellow health-conscious indie hackers (or anyone curious!) would try the free beta at https://StackTracker.io and give brutally honest feedback.

Specifically, I'd love to know:

  1. Is the navigation intuitive? Where did you get stuck or confused?

  2. What integrations would be most valuable to you? (e.g., Specific labs, wearables like Oura/Whoop, fitness apps?)

  3. Does the core idea resonate? Is this a problem you face?

  4. What analytics would be most important to you?

Any feedback, good or bad, is super valuable at this stage. Also, if you know anyone deep into optimizing their health and supplements, please share!

Thanks for reading – looking forward to hearing your thoughts! What's your biggest challenge managing your own health supplements or data?
