Stagenova

Stagenova originally started out as my final year university project. Over the year, it evolved into a sprawling code base, full of functionality that I thought it needed. I continued work on it post-graduation, but was ultimately overwhelmed with the large scope I had taken on, so I fell behind on it.

Fast forward to today and I have decided to rebuild, stripping back a lot of the original functionality to focus on an MVP with meaningful features that I can keep on top of.

My biggest challenge (as with any product) is always initial launch and getting the first users onboard. This is what I will be focusing on in the coming weeks, as well as improving the UI and responding to user feedback.
