Stagger
Refresh schedules Tableau Cloud can't do.
On a congested site, dozens of extracts pile up at the top of the hour, hit the concurrent-refresh limit, and half of them queue or fail — and the native scheduler only lets you fix them one task at a time.
I built Stagger to see the whole refresh schedule as a heatmap and batch-reschedule to spread the load, with a preview of the new distribution before committing. Read-only by default, so it's safe to point at a production site.
>There's a free 14-day trial so you can see your own site's clustering before paying anything. I'd genuinely love feedback from anyone who fights this. Happy to answer questions all day.
About
Stagger extends Tableau Cloud's scheduler: seasonal windows, custom cadences, batch rescheduling across the site, and a record of every action it takes.

What I like is that you're solving a coordination problem rather than a scheduling problem.
The real cost isn't that one extract refreshes late—it's that independent refreshes unknowingly compete with each other. Making that invisible interaction visible is where most of the value seems to come from.
Really like theread-only by default approach. That small design decision immediately builds confidence, especially when you're asking people to connect production environments. Looking forward to seeing how Stagger evolves!
