AI-powered co-founder matching with transparent compatibilit
Finding the right co-founder is one of the hardest parts of building a startup.
Most founders rely on LinkedIn, Discord, communities, and luck.
I wanted to make that process faster and more transparent.
So I built Startives Match—an AI-powered platform that helps founders discover compatible co-founders and teammates using transparent compatibility scoring, explainable AI reasoning, and personalized introductions.
It was built for the Raj Shamani × Emergent AI Builder Challenge, but my goal is much bigger: helping founders build great teams faster.
I'd genuinely love feedback from fellow Indie Hackers.

I think the harder problem isn't finding people—it's giving founders enough confidence to actually start building together.
Compatibility scores are useful, but reducing the uncertainty around such a high-stakes decision is what could make a product like this genuinely valuable.
That's a great insight. I completely agree—matching is only the first step. The bigger challenge is building enough trust and confidence for founders to actually start working together. That's exactly the direction I want to keep improving. Thanks for the thoughtful feedback!
Interesting.
Reading your reply made me think about the consequence of making confidence—not matching—the real product.
I don't think where that line of thinking leads is obvious at first, and I don't think I can explain it properly in a thread without leaving out the parts that actually matter.
If you're open to it, what's the best email to reach you on?
Thanks, Aryan. I really appreciate the thoughtful perspective. I'd love to continue the conversation. I'm still new here, so it looks like links and contact details are restricted. If you don't mind, feel free to message me here on Indie Hackers, or let me know another way to connect. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
Thanks, Arnab.
I'd be happy to, but as far as I know Indie Hackers doesn't support direct messages.
I'd rather not compress the reasoning into a few public comments because I think the nuance is the valuable part.
If you're still interested, what's the best email to reach you on?
Thanks again, Aryan. I'd really enjoy continuing this conversation. Since Indie Hackers blocks contact details for newer accounts, here's my email written a little differently:

Thanks! I’ve just sent it over.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.
