Finished MVP
I built the MVP and launched it to friends and friends of friends to get initial feedback. After collecting feedback I made small changes and improved the user experience. The next steps are to launch and gain more users to make the site more effective.

Came up with the idea
After recruiting for early-stage startups for a few months I learned that the process was very confusing to new users. Startup equity is usually in options which are confusing to newcomers. In addition, it's tough to know what a fair equity offer is. Unlike later stage companies salary and RSUs and easier to compare and negotiate. After noticing these problems I decided to build Startup Equity to help people with these problems.
