I decided to focus on revenue and clients first before trying to create a website and launch marketing campaigns.
Nonetheless, we now have a Startup Brand landing page so that potential clients can learn more about it and see how it works.

Yesterday, we finished our first project just 7 days after launching Startup Brand. We learned a lot in the process and gathered good feedback from both, the client and our designer.
Now, we can focus on nailing down our systems and processes even more.

Our first customer just made their first deposit via Stripe and we scheduled the kick-off call for the 5-day design sprint. All it took was a pitch deck and asking for some feedback on it in groups & communities.
OK, it's been a little quiet, but I'm launching StartupBrand.io, a spin-off from Design Buffs. Branding & visual identity in 5 days, for a fixed price.
Since today, Design Buffs couldn't / didn't want to serve people who needed branding and logo design.
What's the problem we're trying to solve?
Traditional visual identity design for startups is broken. You don’t know your identity and your market yet. You don’t know your audience yet. You can’t DIY it, because you’ll look like an amateur.
The alternative: You can go to an expensive branding agency, wait for months, and get something that costs you between $20k - $50k.
The hassle of onboarding & managing design freelancers or agencies sucks.
