January 22, 2026 I spent years watching founders fail at the "Authority Gap"—so I built the engine to fix it.

Since 2017, I’ve seen thousands of startups launch. Most don't fail because their code is bad; they fail because the founders don't know how to sound, price, or lead like executives. They have the "hustle," but they lack the institutional polish to close the big deals.

I decided to stop just writing about startups and start building the tools that actually scale them. I’ve pivoted Startupily into a 2026 AI-first workspace.

I’m currently rolling out:

  • The Executive Persuasion Engine: To turn "startup-y" emails into high-stakes outreach.

  • The Pricing Strategy Tool: To stop the guesswork and master unit economics.

I’m giving Indie Hackers unlimited trials to use the engine—I want to see if we can collectively raise the professional standard of the "indie" world.
