Barclays UK PDF Bank Statement to CSV support added

The bank statements for Barclays have a slightly unusual layout. They sometimes have a "At a glance" table of information next to the transactions table. This can complicate the data extraction.

This has lead to needing to create a custom bank statement converter template for these types of statements.
