The problem: bank statement and invoice PDFs are designed for printing, not data work. Copy-paste jumbles columns, and most converters either cost money or make you upload sensitive files to a server.
What I built: a browser-only converter. The PDF is parsed on the user's device (pdf.js for text-layer, a tiny Workers AI vision model for scans), and they download clean Excel/CSV. Files never touch my servers.
Who it's for: freelancers doing monthly books, bookkeepers handling client statements, small businesses reconciling accounts.
Status: live, free tier + $15/mo Pro. Would love feedback from anyone here who processes statements regularly — especially on parsing edge cases across different banks.

The privacy angle is strong, but the bigger test is reliability across real statements. Have users converted documents from multiple banks successfully enough to trust the output?
