Most store owners don't realize that standard uptime monitors only check if their own site is live but completely miss when third-party APIs like payment gateways or shipping calculators are failing in the background.
Are you looking into adding a feature that automatically places a "Service Alert" banner on the storefront during an outage so customers know it is a temporary provider issue and not a problem with the brand itself?
