We got our first paying customer after a full 16 months from conception.

Seeing the ~$5K check dole in was incredibly motivating, with cheers to many more. 🥂🎉

In retrospect, we would've aimed to launch even sooner and get to the first revenue in the door even sooner.

It took us a full year to get the right operating licenses to offer mortgage brokerage services, but we're finally done building the minimum viable product for Stem Lending.

I worked mostly in React.js, Django and WordPress with Docker containers. But I'm excited to start talking to customers and see what they think about the product so far!
