Adding chat functionality via Pusher.

• Logged in and subscribers in different channels (subscriber channel require active subscription)
• Chat history (currently up to last 20 posts)

Whats next:

• Adding interactive elements to chat (such as clickable ticker symbols)
• Mentions (get notification on mention etc.)
• Private channels (maybe?)

This version is the revised version 0.5.0 released in October.

• Better layout and design options (themes)
• Subscription plan (to get more API slots)
• Batch page to request data for multiple symbols
• Query page to view data in single widget
• Portfolio tracker (track net/gross exposure, P&L, return)
