Well... Finally, after some days/hours of work, the MVP is ready to be launched on ProductHunt.

I didn't spend that much time on fancy gif and screenshots. It had to comes out as soon as I can, so, there we are.

Woho! Huge step. The browser extension got approved on Google Extensions store!.
Now, it's time to invest more time on adding rules to block more procrastinating content on more websites.

After some hours of writing some basic code, I got something that we can call "MVP". It is a REAL MVP. More prototype that MVP. It works, but nobody knows why hehe.
StopProc is already published and approved in Chrome Web Store.
Now, let's publish it on IH!

Yeah... COVID-19 appears in this world (and probably others) and I got some free time to start again with this idea. I throw the old MVP to a Github task, and I started again, from scratch. The idea was to get it done in ~6 hours... And I can happily say that I got it.

The MVP started... and... it never finished.
I started planning a super huge MVP (AKA: full product hahaha), so, that was my first fail. I postponed this idea with something like: "If in some moment of this life I got stuck in a room where I can not go outside, and I have my Mac on me, I'll do it"... And here we are... 3 years after... COVID-19 comes up.

It was 2017 and the "we need to stop procrastinating" phrase got trending... I knew that it was an opportunity to do something about it. I wrote in my classic "Ideas" notes: "Create a browser extension to remove procrastinating content, as AdBlock does with Ads".
