Avoid Shutdowns • Reserves • Holds • Disputes

February 8, 2026 25 pages to stop Stripe from killing your cashflow

Hey IH 👋

First launch here — nervous but excited.

Last year Stripe slapped a 20% rolling reserve on me right when revenue started climbing. Payouts frozen, cashflow panic, weeks lost digging through vague docs, support delays and Reddit threads.

Eventually figured out: - the exact triggers they look for - which Radar rules actually block fraud without killing sales - dispute templates that win - how to negotiate reserves down - quick checklist to avoid early KYC/verification hell

Turned it all into a dense 25-page guide so no one else has to go through the same stress.

What’s inside: • Real thresholds & red flags • Copy-paste Radar rules (starter + advanced) • Dispute response templates + evidence checklists • Reserve reduction playbook • Quick-start setup checklist • Weekly maintenance routine • International traps (EU SCA, VAT, high-risk countries)

$29 one-time (lifetime updates included)

Honest feedback very welcome: - What Stripe nightmares have you had? - Anything missing that you wish was covered? - If you grab it — which part ends up saving you the most time/stress?

Thanks for reading. Rooting for everyone building 🚀

That 20% rolling reserve must have hurt.
Are you structuring payments differently now to avoid future platform risk?
I’m exploring subscription-based pricing and the payment side feels more complex than the app itself.

Congratulations on your launch. It looks impressive! What channels are you exploring to attract early users?
