We were developing some applications on our own VPS and we came up with the problem of wanting to have continuous deployment like we would have if we were using Heroku + Github actions, for example, being able to deploy the latest changes after the CI passes.
The problem was that our VPS had no integrations like the one mentioned above, so we decided to fill this gap an create a little agent to run commands on our servers (Like a CI would) based on authenticated web-hooks. We also wanted to explore this solution for IoT devices.
