by Dane LyonsWith the latest design change on the hero, the transition to new subsets below the fold just didn't feel right. Going from a bright image to light grey just felt too stark. So I've added a dark background wrapper. I plan to add this design to individual subset pages.

It's a NextJS app hosted by Vercel. I'm using Google Firebase/Firestore for auth and to store data. I don't plan to use a CSS framework. I'm also planning to design custom icons so I diverge from commonly used frontend frameworks.

I really like that design. Colors are nice, remind me of being in a library and has both old age and new age appeal. Love the idea too, following you.
