AI-powered succession risk platform for wealth advisors
Hey everyone! Excited to finally share what I've been working on for the past few months.
I noticed a huge gap in the wealth management space: independent advisors spend hours (sometimes days) compiling succession and estate risk reports manually. The result is often a static, boring PDF that fails to justify their high consulting fees.
Enter SuccessionLabX.
It's a B2B SaaS that allows advisors to send a 30-question diagnostic link to high-net-worth clients. Once submitted, our AI engine (powered by Google Gemini 2.5 Flash) instantly analyzes the data across 3 dimensions (External, Internal, Relational) and generates an institutional-grade, white-labeled risk report.
A few cool features I built for the MVP:
- ⚙️ Custom AI Prompt Engine: Advisors can inject their firm's unique tone of voice.
- 🎛️ What-If Sandbox: Live parameter toggling during client meetings to show the ROI of interventions.
- 🌐 Embedded Widget: An iframe for advisors to capture inbound leads directly on their websites.
Tech Stack: Next.js 15, Tailwind, Prisma, Neon Postgres, and Clerk for auth.
