Sugandhit

Hello everyone,

My name is Arpan and I’m the founder of Sugandhit, a small handmade candle brand focused on creating premium scented candles for home fragrance and décor.

Like many indie founders, I started this project with a simple idea: create beautiful candles that not only smell great but also enhance the atmosphere of a home.

Most candles in the market are mass-produced using paraffin wax. I wanted to build something different — handcrafted candles made with vegetable soy wax, clean-burning cotton wicks, and unique artistic containers.

Each candle is hand-poured in small batches, focusing on fragrance quality, design, and sustainability.

Why I started Sugandhit

I’ve always been interested in building something online. In the past, I experimented with websites and small projects, and eventually I decided to create a product-based brand.

I launched Sugandhit.shop, an ecommerce store where customers can buy handcrafted scented candles designed for relaxation, aromatherapy, and home décor.

Challenges so far

Like most early-stage founders, the biggest challenges have been:

• Getting consistent website traffic

• Building brand awareness

• Learning ecommerce marketing and SEO

• Creating high-quality product photos and content

I’ve been experimenting with:

• Shopify ecommerce

• SEO optimization

• Social media marketing

• Influencer collaborations

What makes Sugandhit different

• Handcrafted soy wax candles

• Unique decorative containers

• Long-lasting fragrance blends

• Designed for both aroma and home décor

My goal

My goal is to grow Sugandhit into a recognized handmade candle brand, selling internationally and building a sustainable small business.

Looking for feedback

If anyone here has experience with:

• ecommerce marketing

• growing a DTC brand

• SEO for product websites

I would love to hear your advice.
