The anonymous online feedback platform
What do you call a video that's halfway between an explainer and a demo? We're calling it an "explaimo." It's a little longer than your typical explainer video, and a little shorter than your typical demo. In early tests with real potential customers, we're getting great feedback that this tells the story in a way that leaves them confident about signing up for the free trial.
After we gather more feedback we'll determine whether we want to supplement this with a traditional (~1 minute) explainer and a longer (~5-10 minute) product demo.
Our numbers continue steady growth as we've invested a bit more in content marketing and improving the product. Looking forward to crossing the 60,000 user mark this summer.
Although prices remain extremely reasonable (especially for a business-focused tool) it's been our pleasure during COVID to donate free service to organizations in need. In addition, we announced a permanent plan to offer free service to Arts organizations, as several of our founders and staff members are actors or performers. We have also donated free service to several school working with underprivileged or at-risk youth around the world.
