AI MusicAPI | AI Music Generation API for Developers
Hey Indie Hackers 👋
I’m Zane, an indie hacker building a suite of AI tools — and today I want to share something we’ve been working on for the past couple of months:
🧠 What is SunoAPI?
SunoAPI is a unified API wrapper for the most popular AI music generation models — Suno, Riffusion, Nuro, and others — with credit-based billing, auto top-up, webhook support, and concurrency control built in.
Basically, we make it dead simple for developers to generate music programmatically, without worrying about unofficial SDKs, broken wrappers, or IP-blocked headless browsers.
⚙️ Features
Unified API access to Suno (v3/v4/v5), Riffusion, Nuro
Usage-based or monthly pricing
Automatic retries & async result polling
API playground + logs + webhook support
Scales from indie projects to full-scale SaaS
🧩 Why I built it
There’s no official API from Suno. Most wrappers online break easily, require headless browsers, and are hard to integrate at scale.
We decided to build something production-grade — with real infrastructure, proper rate limiting, concurrency tracking, and billing — so developers like you can build music apps without worrying about the backend.
Now some of our early users are:
Building TikTok/YouTube music generators
Offering “Suno-as-a-service” in their local markets
Embedding AI music in games, video tools, and web apps
🎯 Who it's for
Indie hackers building AI music tools
Developers embedding generative music in apps
Agencies looking for white-labeled music generation
Anyone tired of copy-pasting cookies into Python scripts 😅
💬 I’d love your feedback:
What would you build with AI-generated music?
What pricing/features would help you launch something faster?
Are you already using Suno or similar models?
