In my previous agency, we used to create demo videos for software products. We noticed that videos work just fine for the products which do not frequently change, hence they are perfect for long terms.

But, for the products that are in the upcoming stage, they had many continuous changes. So, it was tough to change just the evolved part of the product in the video; hence the video had to be re-recorded/made.

To conquer this problem, I came up with Howflow, a tool that automatically captures each event while the user is working on their product and help them create step-by-step demos using annotated screenshots.

And, the best part of all is that these steps can later be edited/updated easily whenever a feature of a product changes.
