February 15, 2025 Beyond Forms: Why Context-Aware AI is the Future

Forms have always felt static to me – rigid sets of questions that rarely adapt to the person filling them out. As someone passionate about simplifying complex problems, I wanted to create something more dynamic, intuitive, and human-centered. That's where Supaform.co comes in.

The idea behind Supaform is simple: instead of static forms, why not have AI agents that converse with users, understand their inputs, and adapt questions in real-time?

I was also driven by the need for tools that serve builders, indie makers, and startups – people who value flexibility, creativity, and precision. Supaform isn't just another form tool; it's an intelligent assistant that helps you gather insights without the friction of traditional forms.

Supaform is still evolving, but its core mission remains clear: to revolutionize how we collect information by making the process more conversational, adaptive, and insightful.

If you're tired of static forms and want smarter ways to engage with your users, I hope Supaform resonates with you.

    1. The idea of Supaform sounds amazing! But when it comes to adapting questions in real - time, how can you ensure that the subsequent questions given by the AI are logically coherent and fit the user's actual scenario, without being completely off - topic?

A LLM is only a generic output without contextual AI and Agentic AIs are at the forefront of taking context to the next level. As part of my startup we take a lot of surveys for different phases - pain point validation, value proposition, user research, user feedback. With contextual AI, this would reduce our effort in building logic in surveys like in google forms/surveymonkey

Thank you for the feedback! Supaform is built with exactly this in mind—using contextual AI to turn static surveys into dynamic conversations, reducing the need for manual logic. Excited to see the alignment with your use case. Would love to hear more about your challenges to help shape Supaform further!

Have you ever heard of getpeel . ai? (first time on indiehacker, can't post URLs)

They do something similar except after the data is collected they do some sort of sentiment analysis on it. Might be worth checking out.

I have basically 0 coding experience, but from my understanding adding sentiment analysis would be a relatively simple task, right? Refining/tuning the LLM for 'builders, indie makers, and startups' is the more complex part, no?

Thanks for sharing! I agree with your points.

I had a quick look, and there are definitely some overlaps. I really like the voice mode; it’s something I was already planning to add.

As for sentiment analysis, thats already included! Each conversation receives a sentiment score between -1 and +1, which is shown as a colored item in the overview section.

Context-aware AI is indeed a fascinating development in the realm of user interaction. By adapting to the user's needs and context, it can create a more personalized and engaging experience. This approach aligns with the broader trend of AI-driven tools becoming more intuitive and user-centric. It's exciting to see how this technology will evolve and impact various industries.

Clicked on the link and Google app window opens but stays blank. I'm using Google Chrome on a MacBook Air. I'll try again tomorrow. But I do love the idea,

About

As programming becomes increasingly commoditized, understanding users is more critical than ever—it’s the foundation of building exceptional products. Traditional forms lack depth. Interviews don’t scale.
