Fastest Issue Tracker Ever Made
When you have a paid customer, you realise that the last 20% of the effort becomes 80% of the effort. We discovered that a lot of the stuff which users take for granted such as micro interactions and the app fitting properly on smaller screens need to be in place and rock solid.
Once I quit my job, I decided to build a prototype in Golang. I chose Golang because it is super-fast but also because I wanted to learn it. In order to go fast, I went slow by writing 100% unit and integration tests. This actually helped me deliver the prototype quicker because tests give you the confidence to change code and not worry if you broke something.

I have been a Trello user all my life. I think it's a decent product but I found it does not scale so well. I then had to use Jira an office of 200 people which was part of a bigger global company. I found the product to be too slow and rigid. This inspired me to start Superthread.

Coming from the gaming industry, I realized that SaaS products are not as polished as games. I found them difficult to use, slow, unintuitive etc. After having to use Jira and Confluence, I thought it could be improved.
