SupplyCheck

Over the last 6 months I've been taking part in the Carbon13 climate accelerator. It's been an exciting journey of learning & engaging on ways to make the planet cleaner & greener.

Out of this, I've been drawn into the world of supply chains and logistics. Within this world there are many challenges. Excel & tradition reign king while technology solutions struggle to provide real value.

Today we've launched our first product. The SBTi check tool.

For those unaware, Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) is becoming a global standard when assessing a companies on their climate commitments.

Although this info is available publicly, it's a hassle to match it up to your database of suppliers which could be as few as 1 or 2 and as many as 5000. This is no easy task and so we've created the SBTI check tool.

Core Features

First you can search for companies in the SBTi database, we have some smarts in-place to make it easier to match companies.

Then once you've found the company, you can reveal info about their SBTi commitments.

If we pick up a change to one of the suppliers in your list, we'll send an update notification.

Summary

We're hopeful that this will save sustainability professionals a lot of time compared to digging through loads of excel and docs mess.

Appreciate any feedback!
