March 4, 2020 Reached 50 subscribers in 2 days

We got on Hackernews got a nice chunk of traffic and we are sure there were many support agents improving their support replies with the data they say.

We reached 50 subscribers in 2 days without us doing any marketing efforts. We have just fined tuned the design and we are looking forward to reaching out and take an effort in getting this example to multiple people.

March 3, 2020 Got into the front page of HackerNews

We just submitted the product using Show HN and we have tried doing that multiple times with other products and haven't crossed 5 votes.

This time with support examples we started getting votes and comments in just minutes and we are still staying on the front page for more than 5 hours now.

We are pretty stoked and excited. We will share more on the number of subscribers and the traffic we received being on the first page :)

For now, its time to celebrate this small win :D

March 2, 2020 Support examples Launched

I got inspired by @harrydry 's Marketingexamples and felt a site like that needed for customer support people. This site is dedicated to customer support heroes to share and learn from each other :) As of now, it starts with a collection of email templates for different scenarios faced in customer support. In the long term looking to write more content to get better at their work.
