April 27, 2026 Hello Everyone.

I am a software engineer. I've spent the last 9 years in the health and bio-tech space. I entered the industry green but was fortunate to have amazing mentors and a stack that let me get my hands dirty—moving from React and Python into embedded work, soldering, and oscilloscopes. I still love learning in that domain.

The shift: Over the last few years, I’ve felt AI suck the life out of the industry. It’s turned software engineering into an auditing line. The "market" now sees code as a commodity, and the people who get promoted fastest are often those who play the politics game best and have the fewest commits.

I’m done with that.

Health and fitness, in its purest form, is a meritocracy: Input == Output. It’s 2026. The landscape has changed. We have biohacking, advanced longevity research, and incredible human performance tech popping up globally. I want to build a connected health community that focuses on the foundation: Supplements, verified training, and real insights.

I don't want to build a glorified notebook for training logs. I want to know what works for me and the community, with a core value of transparency.

That’s why I’m wrapping up Supreso.

I don’t know if I’m going to make money—hopefully?—but it’s time to put my 9 years of experience to work on something that’s mine. It’s time to either win or learn something.
