After building my 5th SaaS and realizing I was spending the first 2-3 months on the exact same stuff every time (auth, payments, emails, admin dashboard...), I finally decided to package it all into a proper template.

The problem I kept running into:

• 3 days setting up authentication (and then adding 2FA, passkeys, OAuth...)

• Another 3 days integrating Stripe (and then supporting other payment providers...)

• A week building the admin dashboard

• Endless hours on email templates, i18n, multi-tenancy...

All before writing a single line of code for my actual product.

So I built Sushify — a production-ready Next.js 15 boilerplate with everything pre-configured:

• 🔐 Auth: Email, Magic Link, Google, GitHub, 2FA, Passkeys

• 💳 5 payment providers (Stripe, LemonSqueezy, Polar, etc.)

• 🤖 AI integration (OpenAI, Claude, Vercel AI SDK)

• 🏢 Full multi-tenancy & team management

• 🌍 i18n out of the box

• 📧 6 email providers ready to go

• 🎨 50+ UI components, dark mode, 10+ themes

Tech stack: React 19, Next.js 15, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Hono.

The goal: Go from idea to launch in 3-5 days instead of 2-3 months.
