Exchange Management
I learned that not all ideas needed to be flushed out. The feeling in the back of my mind that things aren't perfect were hard to silence.
I'm happy that I learned so much and realise it was the journey that was the enjoyable bit, not necessary the delight in finishing something.
It took 3 months of COVID down-time, but things were developed enough. I worked mostly nights and weekends, and I coded the whole thing in Node, React, Typescript, Styled Components. In hindsight, there were a few features I built that probably could've waited until later.

In my boredom of COVID and frustration of dealing with people and business equally impacted by the crisis, the idea came to me.
It turned out that I had quite a few problems worth solving, and the most interesting one led me to the idea for Swair!

People are always exchanging with each other - offering something to get something else in return. Born from the boredom of working from home and the frustration of trying to get things done with colleagues, friends.
