July 8, 2022 Swiftbrief is live!

I launched Swiftbrief in just 10 days after months of painful experiences learning all kinds of JavaScript frameworks, libraries, and best practices.

In the end, I decided to go with vanilla JS, Next.js, and Storybook to keep things simple but powerful and easy to use. Swiftbrief is now live and kicking!

Hey, your story resonated a lot with me, I am currently spending a lot of time learning JS React Html Css etc...
Do you think learning coding was a waste of time ?

      Hi Anas!

You are not wasting your time at all.

I had to face all of those tooling challenges in order to understand what worked for me, took me almost a year but was well worth it. Don't get discouraged :D

Keep learning the tools you think are necessary and then step back and consider what you would need to create a complete project. Then just start.

See if it works with those tools.
If it doesn't, start again with a different set.

      That's what I've done (3 times!!) until I found MY stack :)

To be honest this looks pretty good for your first project!
Good luck and keep it up Arrigo! 🙏

      Thank you Daniel!

It's not my first project indeed :)

I ran a content marketing agency for about a year and half from 2020 and sold it in 2021; learned a lot of what I applied to this website from that one.

But really appreciate your kind words.

Glad to be part of the IH community again!
