Launching SwiftSend
Today I'm officially launching SwiftSend.
SwiftSend helps businesses send more email while improving deliverability and reducing infrastructure costs.
The next challenge is growth: talking to users, collecting feedback, and turning a product into a business.
Looking forward to sharing the journey.
About
After seeing how difficult email infrastructure can be for growing businesses, I built SwiftSend to make sending email simpler, more affordable, and more reliable.

Congrats on the launch, Samuel.
The product space is strong, but I’d be careful not to position SwiftSend too broadly as “send more email.”
The sharper wedge is probably one specific buyer who already feels deliverability and email cost pain.
For example: small SaaS teams, agencies sending client campaigns, or founders moving away from expensive email infrastructure. Each one would need a different message.
The first growth test should probably be less “get users” and more:
Can you find 20 people who are already frustrated with email sending cost, deliverability, or setup complexity, and get 5 of them to test SwiftSend on a real sending use case?
Happy to put a tighter version in writing if useful. I’d map the first buyer segment, outreach angle, feedback questions, and a simple 7-day user plan for SwiftSend.
Thanks for the thoughtful feedback.
You're probably right that the messaging is still a bit broad. The core problem we're trying to solve is reducing the cost and complexity of email infrastructure while making high-volume sending more accessible, but I can see how different buyer segments would respond to different angles.
The examples you gave (small SaaS teams, agencies, and founders moving away from expensive email infrastructure) are especially helpful.
I'd definitely be interested in your thoughts on the first buyer segment and how you'd approach outreach and early user conversations. We're still very early and actively refining positioning based on feedback like this.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your perspective.
Yes, that makes sense.
For SwiftSend, the useful part is not choosing “email users” broadly. It is picking the one buyer who already feels the pain badly enough to test something new now.
That could be small SaaS teams, agencies, or founders moving away from expensive sending infra, but I’d narrow it before writing any outreach.
Drop your email and I’ll send over a tighter version. It’ll be easier to make useful in writing than turning this into a full first-user plan here.
Thanks Aryan.
That's helpful advice. I'm still working through which segment feels the pain most acutely today, and I agree it's better to narrow that down before doing broad outreach. You can reach me at admin@useswiftsend.com. I'd be interested to see your thoughts on positioning and the first-user plan.
Just sent you a note.
Kept it focused on the first buyer segment, positioning test, outreach angle, and how to avoid wasting a week on the wrong audience.
