Swiss commercial register signal, delivered every Monday

September 6, 2026 Swiss Signal is live, a weekly digest of the Swiss commercial register

Swiss Signal is a weekly digest built from the SHAB, the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce. Every formation, bankruptcy, liquidation, merger and mutation published there gets classified and scored, then delivered as one email every Monday morning covering all 26 cantons.

The audience is fiduciaries, M&A and insolvency lawyers, B2B sales teams sourcing leads from new formations, and commercial real estate teams watching activity near their properties. Two paid tiers, CHF 99 and CHF 299 per month, cancel anytime.

Everything comes from a public record under SR 221.415, nothing is scraped from a private source.

A real sample issue with entity names redacted is at swiss-signal.com, and a free monthly highlights list exists with no card required. Feedback on positioning for the fiduciary and legal audience is very welcome, as are introductions to Swiss law firms or fiduciary networks who track the register as part of their work.

The four ICPs seem to have very different economics. Have you seen which group treats Swiss Signal as a must-have workflow rather than a useful source of leads or intelligence?

      Hi Aryan Sinh, good question.

Too early for real data. The product went live this week and the paid tiers have no history yet, so what follows is hypothesis rather than observed behavior.

My bet on must-have is the fiduciary and insolvency side. For a fiduciary, knowing about formations and mutations in their client cantons the week they happen is recurring work they already do by hand, and for insolvency lawyers, bankruptcy openings are literally where their mandates come from. Both have a weekly rhythm the digest maps onto directly. Sales teams and real estate I expect to treat it as one useful source among several, valuable but easier to churn.

The two price tiers exist partly to test exactly this. If the pattern turns out different I would rather learn it from cancellations than pretend to know it now. Happy to share what the data says in a few months.

Have any fiduciaries or insolvency lawyers actually used it as part of their weekly workflow yet, or is that still the key behavior you’re waiting to observe?

About

The SHAB publishes every Swiss formation, bankruptcy, liquidation and mutation daily, and almost none of it reaches the people who would act on it. Swiss Signal turns it into one scored Monday email.
