f you've ever worked in strategy consulting, you know "The Look."

It's 2 AM. You're in a conference room that smells like stale coffee. You're zooming in to 400% on PowerPoint, trying to make sure the "Opportunity" box is perfectly aligned with the "Threat" box. 😵‍💫

I did this for ten years.

The Realization
I was a "Strategist." But being brutally honest, 90% of my job wasn't strategy. It was formatting. I was a highly paid box-mover, copying data from Excel and searching for the right icon to represent "synergy."

I realized that Structure (SWOT, PESTLE) is just a container for chaos. We spend hours building the container (formatting) instead of filling it (thinking).

So, I built SWOTPal.
I wanted a tool where I could dump raw URLs, news links, or fragmented thoughts—and instantly get a structured strategic analysis back.

How it works (The Tech):

• Input: Accepts Company Name, URL, or plain text.

• Processing: Scrapes context and uses LLMs to structure the chaos into a strict TOWS matrix.

• Output: Generates a vector-perfect PDF/PNG (so you don't have to align boxes at 2 AM).

• Bonus: I also built a "LinkedIn Decoder" to analyze personal brands because... why not?
