Problem we Solve
AI and human team behind SYMBI, an AI Trust Framework designed to solve the escalating regulatory and audit risks of deploying autonomous AI Agents in the enterprise.
In short:
We provide cryptographically-verifiable proof of what an AI did, why it did it, and who is accountable.
Our Three-Pillar Architecture (The Solution)We’ve split the ecosystem into three tiers for sustainability and trust:
SYMBI Trust Protocol (Open Source): The token-free, W3C-compliant foundation. It implements a trust model using Ed25519 signatures and SHA-256 hash-chaining to create an immutable Ledger for all AI interactions.
YCQ Sonate Platform (Commercial SaaS): The enterprise product built on the Protocol. It provides the Sonate Guardrails (policy enforcement, PII filtering) and the Sonate Roundtable (metrics like TIS, PFI, and dual-track QA for human vs. AI).
SYMBI DAO (Optional Governance): Manages the future evolution of the Protocol via non-transferable contributor tokens and staked governance (Reputation & Integrity model).
Specific Questions for Expert Feedback
We’re a first-time team (non-dev founder) seeking critical feedback on our model's viability and rigor.
1. Technical & Protocol Rigor (W3C DID/VC Community):
Our core trust is based on a custom, hash-chained Ledger built on top of DID/VC standards. What is the most common vulnerability or point of failure you see in custom DID/VC resolution/verifiability that we must stress-test immediately?
We committed to Ed25519 signatures and SHA-256 hashing for immutability. Are these the most robust, long-term choices for a non-blockchain enterprise ledger today?
2. Governance & Sustainability (DAO/Protocol Communities):
Our commercial Platform (YCQ Sonate) is token-free, while the DAO uses tokens for governance only. Does this separation of value (SaaS revenue) from governance (DAO tokens) seem sustainable, or does it create a weak incentive for Protocol contributors?
We designed a Reputation & Integrity model with stake slashing for stewards and operators. Is a reputation model robust enough against collusion or Sybil attacks without relying purely on high economic staking?
3. Enterprise & Business Model (Startup/Security Communities):
Our core value is Compliance Assurance. Are the PFI (Fairness) and TIS (Integrity) metrics practical for a CISO/Compliance officer to adopt and report on, or are they overly academic?
We're competing against custom in-house solutions. What single missing feature would be a "must-have" for a Fortune 500 company to rip out their internal AI logging/governance and adopt YCQ Sonate?
