I was brainstorming what my biggest pain points were during my career as a product manager, and customer interviews was the clear winner. There are thousands of tools out there that help with task management and roadmap planning, but there isn't a good platform that helps you get the feedback you need in order to come up with that roadmap. I decided that I wanted to build that platform.
