We are happy to announce that SyncoCRM now speaks Deutsch so for now we have 3 languages: Czech, English, German :-)

I’d love for this community to roast it or give me some feedback on the "all-in-one" approach.

Swap your headline from "Stop paying for 5 apps. SyncoCRM is everything your business needs for 499 CZK/month." to "Get a perfect overview of clients, projects, and invoices in real-time, without paying for multiple apps." because "stop" is a common AI automatic template which makes people think your tool is low quality, and "everything" is a generic vague claim which people will think it's faked. This is a simple gift from me to you, that's it, you may or may not use it, but either way, it's yours completely, enjoy.

April 21, 2026 After 15 years of custom dev, I spent a year building a CRM that kills the "Growth Tax" 🚀

Hi Indie Hackers!

I’ve been a software developer for over 15 years, building custom solutions for dozens of clients. During that time, I’ve integrated, used, and eventually hated countless CRM systems.

Why? Because they all do the same thing: They punish you for growing. The moment you hire a new team member or want to try a new module, your bill doubles. I saw small companies "patching" their workflow with 5 different tools just to avoid those "per-seat" costs.

One year ago, I decided to go full-time on my own vision: Synco CRM.

I wanted to build a system where the software is a partner, not a tax collector. After 365 days of solo development, I’m finally launching.

The "No-Nonsense" Philosophy 💡

I’ve decided on a business model that is rare in the SaaS world:

  • One price for the whole company. Period.

  • Unlimited users. No "per-seat" fees.

  • All modules included. No "pro" or "enterprise" tiers. Whether you are a solo founder or a team of 20, you get everything (CRM, Projects, Time Tracking, Invoicing) in one place so you can actually scale.

The Tech Stack (For the nerds like me 🤓)

I didn't want to build on legacy. I wanted Synco to be fast, real-time, and maintainable. I’m running on:

  • PHP 8.4 & Symfony 8 (Yes, staying on the edge!)

  • Asset Mapper & Stimulus (Keeping it lean without heavy build steps)

  • Mercure for real-time updates and seamless UX.

Where it’s at now

The system is live and receiving regular updates. I’m handling support personally via email and live chat (powered by tawk.to), so the feedback loop is as short as it gets.

I’d love for this community to roast it or give me some feedback on the "all-in-one" approach.

The 'growth tax' framing is the right diagnosis for why most CRMs break at scale. One thing worth adding: there's a predecessor to the growth tax that solo founders hit first - the chaos tax.

Before you even reach the 'per-seat pricing punishes you' problem, you hit 'I have three spreadsheets, two Notion docs, and a graveyard of Airtable bases, and none of them talk to each other.' The chaos tax is paid in hours/week of manual reconciliation and decisions made on stale data, not dollars/month in SaaS fees.

The two problems are sequential: founders who fix the chaos layer first arrive at a tool like Synco knowing exactly which modules they need, which data needs to flow where, and how many seats they'll actually use. Founders who jump straight to a full CRM at the chaos stage usually underutilize it and churn after 3 months because the tool requires operational discipline they haven't built yet.

The Solopreneur OS we're building is deliberately pre-Synco: 6 linked Notion databases that install the operational habits before you're paying for the infrastructure. The goal is to graduate people into needing a real CRM, not to replace one.

About

After seeing too many small teams struggle with 5 different tools and "per-user" pricing that punishes growth, I decided to build Synco CRM. My goal is simple: Create one unified workspace for whole company
