syncTerms

Glossary Tool for Teams

June 20, 2026 I kept explaining the same terms in every project. So I built a tool.

Nearly every client project started the same way: a new shared doc, a new "glossary" tab in Google Sheets, the same first three columns: Term, Definition, Example. Then three weeks later: a Notion Page, another Google Sheet, a Confluence Page, a mess.

I built syncTerms because I got tired of my own workarounds. It's a browser-based terminology tool for freelancers and small teams. Manage your glossary, share it with clients via a public link. No account needed on their end.

Screenshot of the syncTerms app showing a product glossary in light mode. Terms like "Assumption", "Continuous Discovery", and "Desirability" are listed with definitions, usage examples, and sources.

I'm opening the beta end of June. It's a solo project, bootstrapped.

About

As a product consultant I sit between teams constantly. Engineering, design, sales, support. And one thing never stops surprising me: how much time gets lost because everyone uses different words for the same thing.
