Syncusive

Hey IH community,

I'm officially starting my "build in public" journey today and holding myself accountable to a pretty crazy goal: building a business to $100k/month in the next 90 days.

The project is called Syncusive, an AI-powered productivity suite for solopreneurs and founders.

The core problem I'm tackling is the "solopreneur trap"—we're forced to be marketers, developers, and writers all at once, leading to burnout and disconnected workflows. Syncusive aims to be the "Productivity OS" that automates the chaos.

The constraints I've set for myself:

• Start with $0 capital.

• Use 100% free-tier tools for the entire tech stack.

• Don't hold any inventory (digital products only).

I've just launched the site and published my first blog post detailing the entire 90-day plan, the tech stack (React, Flask, AWS Free Tier, Nginx, Postmark), and the strategy.

I'm sharing everything—the wins, the failures, the numbers—as I go. I would love to get this community's feedback and have you follow along.
