We raised our prices about 2 weeks ago and weren't sure how people would react. It's scary raising prices. 😅

A few days ago I received a slack notification telling me a customer upgraded. That in itself always makes me happy, but in this specific instance it was a customer purchasing our premium subscription without any discount (199€ / month).

We've been handing out coupons left and right, so this is a big milestone for us and very relieving. 🥳

After several months of development, customer interviews, improvements, and a significant number of mistakes (more to be made), we are finally launching Synergy4SaaS on Product Hunt! 🐱

Is there anything nicer than positive feedback that you didn't expect?

I think it is very important to enjoy the little wins and gain energy from them. Today two people gave me a metaphorical pat on the back and I can honestly say that it made my day more than anything else.

Other than that:

• The landing page at https://synergy4saas.com got a small overhaul
• In the last 24 hours, 5 new matches have been made on the platform (--> this is great since I was afraid that people would stop using the platform after sending their first requests)

After launching the MVP for https://synergy4saas.com a few days ago, I've been desperately on the hunt for beta testers. I've been most successful reaching out to potential customers over facebook.

The platform is meant to connect B2B SaaS founders and marketers for collaboration purposes. Similar to a dating platform, you can select your interests and details about your SaaS and then browse matching businesses.

By now I have a handful of users and today the first successful match was made without any of my doing. 🥳 Will soon catch up with both parties to see how they're doing and gain some feedback on the process.

I didn't know this feeling, but it's pretty damn nice to have someone actually use the thing you built.

Finally able to post about my first small milestone after spending much more time than I'd like to admit. (But still 🥳)

The idea for Synergy4SaaS was born, when I observed B2B SaaS marketers consistently on the lookout for partnership and collaboration opportunities to grow their SaaS.
I decided to develop a platform, where these marketers get matched based on their desired collaborations. The intent is to make use of existing customers/partners/audiences to boost each others business and mutually benefit.

• Users can sign up and enter what kind of collaborations they're looking for
• All possible matches can be viewed in detail to decide whether to send a request
• When a match is successful, a personal introduction via email between both marketers takes place

Now onto recruiting the first users. :)
